Gladis Gonzales has a degree in Systems Engineering at the Catholic University of Honduras (2014). She completed a MSc on Data Analysis at Loyola under the supervision of Prof. Mapi Ramos. She graduated with a PhD in Behavioral Economics within the Data Science doctoral program at Loyola in 2025, under the supervision of Prof. Pablo Brañas and Prof. Antonio Alfonso.

Gladis was the field coordinator of the project «Integración social y habilidades cognitivas en El Salvador» funded by the AACID [2021UI004]. She is working on creativity and economic preferences of adolescents.
