Luis Miller is a tenured scientist and the vice-director of the Institute of Public Goods and Policies of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). Before joining IPP-CSIC, he was an associate professor at the University of the Basque Country, postdoctoral researcher at the Nuffield (Oxford) and the Max Planck Institute of Economics.
