Juan Ignacio Gadola holds a degree in Economics (Universidad de la República, Uruguay) and a master’s in Economic Analysis from the Barcelona School of Economics. He is a professor in the Department of Economics and Business at the Universidad Católica del Uruguay, where he directs the BA in Business Analytics, and a PhD candidate in Data Science at Universidad Loyola Andalucía. His research spans impact evaluation, behavioral economics, and the analysis of signed social networks in educational settings—the subject of his doctoral thesis.
