Elena Pérez Velasco is a PhD candidate in Behavioural Economics at Loyola under the supervision of Prof. Pablo Brañas.
Elena holds a Master’s degree in European Public Policy Analysis from the College of Europe (2022-23) in Bruges, Belgium. Prior to this, Elena obtained a double Bachelor’s degree in Business and International Relations from Loyola Andalucía University (2016-2022), along with a Bachelor in Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago (2017-2020).
Currently, Elena also works at the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels, where she serves as Youth Policy Assistant to the Director of Legislative Works.
