Dr. Rodica Ianole-Călin is a Professor at the Faculty of Administration and Business, University of Bucharest, where she coordinates Romania’s first Master’s program in Behavioural Economics recognised as the most innovative social sciences Master’s program at the University of Bucharest and supervises doctoral students in Business Administration. As Vice-Dean for Research and International Relations, she contributes to positioning the faculty as an interdisciplinary research hub within the European academic landscape. Her research sits at the intersection of applied microeconomics and behavioural science, examining how social norms, perceptions, and institutional factors shape economic behaviour
